Abstract

The publication of the Large Construction Price Index (IHPB-K) and Construction Price Index (IKK) of Samosir Regency in 2011 aims to provide an overview of the development of construction materials prices, large construction trade price index and construction cost index.IKK is one of the variables is used to determine the amount of General Allocation Fund (DAU) of each Regency or City and Province in Indonesia. Whereas the Large Building Price Index of Building Materials is useful for calculating project escalation.
